PSE GRUAJA SHQIPTARE ECTE PAS BURRIT? ÇFARË THOSHTE KANUNI I DIBRËS MBI KËTË GJË?!
Në shoqërinë tradicionale shqiptare, veçanërisht në segmentet rurale të saj, gjatë rrugëtimit, vajza ose gruaja e shtëpisë nuk duhej të ecte para babait, dajës, xhaxhait, vëllait, apo bashkëshortit.
Pra, asnjëherë vajza ose gruaja nuk mund të ecte para burrave.
Në paragrafin 14 te Kanuni i Dibrës, theksohet prerazi:
“Nuset e gratë e shpisë, kudo me shkue, duhet me pasë nji burrë përpara. Vetëm mrena katundit ato mund të përcillen prej një djali të ri që nuk është në moshë të armëve”.
Detyrimi për t’i lënë gjithmonë gratë prapa burrave ndër shqiptarët është interpretuar si dëshmi simbolike e shpërfilljes deri në përçmim ndaj vajzave e grave.
Por, përtej një interpretim të tillë, ecja e gruas gjithnjë prapa, e shndërronte atë në një mburojë natyrore, shumë të sigurt për bashkëshortin ose çdo burrë të fisit të saj ose të bashkëshortit që i printe në rrugët plot rreziqeve të krahinave fshatare.
Gruaja nuk mund të vritej në mënyrë të qëllimshme dhe për rrjedhojë, edhe burri që i printe asaj nuk mund të vritej prapa krahëve.
Në paragrafët 2945, 2946 dhe 2947 te Kanuni i Skëndërbegut theksohet prerazi:
“Për gjak burri vret burrë… gruaja nuk vritet as për gja k gruaje. Pushka asht për burra. Burri nuk kapet me gra, gruaja është e paprekshme… kush vret grua koritet…”
Në studimet për shoqërinë tradicionale shqiptare pothuajse asnjëherë nuk është argumentuar misioni fisnik i këtij statusi të nënrenditur të vajzave e grave në krahasim me atë të burrave përgjatë rrugëtimeve, sidomos në rajonet me shkallë më të lartë rrezikshmërie.
