Video e SMS kërcënuese ndaj të shoqes janë zbuluar në celularin e bashkëshortit të 41-vjeçares që helmoi veten me fostoksinë në banesën e tyre në fshatin Vadardhë të Sukthit.
Mësohet se 45-vjeçari Xhemal Loka ia kishte dhënë telefonin për ta fshehur motrës së tij, por tani që është sekuestruar nga policia së bashku me celularin e viktimës.
Ndërkohë, ekspertët e IT po zbulojnë se kush e hapi adresën e TikTok në emër të 41-vjeçares ku u publikuan foto denigruese të saj.
Ka qenë dëshmia e vajzës së çiftit, të cilët ishin prindër edhe të 3 djemve, që ka “fundosur” të atin, pasi ka treguar për hetuesit dhunën psikologjike që Xhemal Loka ka ushtruar drejt të shoqes.
“Babai dhunonte dhe shantazhonte vazhdimisht nënën”, ka dëshmua ajo, pasi e ëma i kishte treguar të bijës më 2 janar në lidhje me sherrin që kishte me të atij e saj.
45-vjeçari, i cili ishte emigrant në Greqi dhe ishte kthyer për festat e fundvitit, është arrestuar nga policia i akuzuar se e ka nxitur drejt vetëvrasjes. Gjithashtu ai akuzohet se e ka kërcënuar se do e vrasë me thikë në prani të një prej fëmijëve të tyre.
Vihet në pranga bashkëshorti i 41 -vjeçares që humbi jetën 4 ditë më parë, si pasojë e konsumimit të fotoksinës.
Nga hetimet e thelluara rezultoi se 45-vjeçari ka dhunuar psikologjikisht në mënyrë të vazhdueshme, bashkëshorten e tij.
45-vjeçari, kur ishte kthyer nga Greqia, e kishte kërcënuar për ta vrarë bashkëshorten, me mjet prerës thikë, në prezencë të njërit prej fëmijëve.
Gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në territorin e banesës së 45-vjeçarit, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi 1 armë zjarri automatik tip “Sharrs”, një krehër dhe një sasi municioni luftarak.
Në vijim të veprimeve të thelluara hetimore të kryera në drejtimin e Prokurorisë së Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Durrës, për zbardhjen e shkakut të konsumimit të lëndës helmuese nga 41-vjeçarja B. L., e cila më pas humbi jetën, specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve të Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës arrestuan shtetasin Xh. L., 45 vjeç, i cili përkohësisht jetonte në Greqi, për shkak të punës.
Nga veprimet hetimore rezultoi se shtetasi Xh. L., 45 vjeç, kishte dhunuar psikologjikisht në mënyrë të vazhdueshme bashkëshorten e tij, shtetasen B. L.
Gjithashtu, nga hetimet e thelluara rezultoi se më datë 27.12.2023, shtetasi Xh. L. e ka kërcënuar bashkëshorten me mjet prerës (thikë), për të vrarë, në prezencë të njërit prej fëmijëve. Për këtë rast, shtetasja B. L. nuk ka bërë kallëzim në Polici.
Gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në territorin e banesës së 45-vjeçarit, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi 1 armë zjarri automatik tip “Sharrs”, një krehër dhe një sasi municioni luftarak.
Gjithashtu, specialistët për Hetimin e Krimeve kanë sekuestruar celularin e shtetasit XH. L., i cili e kishte fshehur atë, dhe nuk ka bashkëpunuar me Policinë.
Ky celular, bashkë me celularin e shtetases B. L., janë dërguar për ekspertimin me qëllim gjetjen e provave për dokumentimin e rrethanave dhe shkakut të ngjarjes.
Po në vijim të veprimeve të thelluara janë kryer një sërë veprimesh të tjera procedurale me qëllim dokumentimin e plotë të shkakut që detyroi shtetasen B. L., të konsumonte lëndë helmuese.
Në drejtimin e Prokurorisë vijojnë veprimet e thelluara me qëllim zbardhjen e plotë të shkakut që detyroi 41-vjeçaren të konsumonte lëndë helmuese, nga e cila për pasojë humbi jetën.
Gjithashtu, nga strukturat e specializuara për Hetimin e Krimeve Kibernetike po kryehen veprime hetimore intensive për të identifikuar dhe vënë përpara përgjegjësisë ligjore autorin/en e keqpërdorimit të të dhënave të shtetases B. L., në rrjetin social “Tik Tok”.
Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Durrës, për veprime të mëtejshme.
Xhemal Loka në dëshminë e dhënë për policinë është shprehur se gruaja e tij ka patur stres e ankth kohët e fundit. Sipas tij, bashkëshortja Bedrie Loka mund ta ketë kryer aktin e vetëvrasjes pasi rreth një vit më parë persona të paidentifikuar i kanë hapur një adresë në rrjetin social TikTok me emrin e saj, ngjarje për të cilën viktima kishte bërë edhe një kallëzim penal.
Xhemal Loka ka deklaruar se një natë para ngjarjes e shoqja ka qenë në rregull dhe s’ka patur shqetesime.
Ai ka treguar se e kanë kaluar mbrëmjen në rregull duke festuar Vitin e Rim, por sipas tij prej kohësh gruaja kishte shfaqur shqetësime pasi nuk përballonte dot fotot denigruese ndaj saj të publikuara në TikTok.
Xhemail Loka ka dëshmuar se mëngjesin e 2 Janarit është çuar dhe ka parë bashkëshorten të shtrirë përtokë te dhoma e ndenjes, në mes të shtëpisë.
Me automjetin e vëllait të tij e kanë trasnportuar në Urgjencën e Spitalit Rajonal Durrës ku mjekët i kanë komunikuar se ajo kishte konsumuar fotosksinë. Më pas e kanë nisur ambulancë në drejtim të QSUT për mjekim më të specializuar ku është vendosur në reanimacion, por për shkak të gjendjes së saj të rënduar shendetsore ka ndërruar jetë.
Hetuesit kanë gjetur në dhomën e ndjenjës në katin e parë të banesës së çiftit një shishe plastike me ujë dhe disa kapsula fostoksinë.
Gjithashtu në tapetin e dhomës janë gjetur mbetje të lëndës helmuese.
