“Unë dy vitet e jetës sime i përshkruaj të turbullta”- thotë 28-vjeçarja. Pas një buzëqeshje të ëmbël, ndodh të fshihet një trishtim. I tillë është rasti i Vilmës e cila dy vite më parë u diagnostifikua me një tumor në pjesën e fundit të barkut, e pavarësisht kësaj, nuk ndaloi kurrë së buzëqeshuri.
“As pjesa e mjekësisë nuk e kishte të qartë. Ishte tumor”- deklaron Vilma Tafilica.
Ishin 2 vite të vështira të mbushura me pyetje dhe, me frikën e vdekjes. Ndonëse prindërit nuk ja rrëfyen që në fillim çfarë kishte dhe rrezikun që mbarte, Vilma diçka kishte ndjerë.
“Familja ime gjatë kësaj kohe është munduar të jetë shumë e fortë për mua. Nuk ma kanë zbukuruar që problemi im ishte aq i madh dhe mundësitë që unë të jetoja të ishin më të vogla sesa unë të mos jetoja më. Në atë moment u ndjeva e shokuar aq më pak që ishte një tunor i veçantë dhe i pamundur që të identifikohej si duhet. Në ato momente kisha frikë. Është e oamundur të thuash që nuk kisha frikë”-shprehet Vilma.
Shpresën nuk e humbi asnjëherë. Falenderimi për mjekët që e shpëtuan nuk harron në asnjë moment ta shprehë me fjalët e saj modeste, ama të sinqerta.
Në reflektimin e atyre ditëve të zymta, Vilma mësoi të shohë realitetin me një sy tjetër, duke dashur më shumë ato gjërat më të thjeshta që në pamje të parë duken të pa rëndësishme.
“Gjëja më kryesore që kam kuptuar gjatë këtyre 2 viteve është që të jetoj jetën. Mos me të lanë me të mposht e keqja që ne shpesh herë na qëllon të përballeni gjatë jetës. Jeta nyk është një fushë me lule ku ne kemi çdo gjë në vijë apo si e duam ne. Ide është që ne të bëhemi një me çdo gjë që na përballë kjo jetë. Jeta të duket më e bukur kur e kalon një vështirësi”-shprehet ajo.
Pas operacionit, Vilma nuk humbi aspak kohë për të rikuperuar formën e saj fizike. Rënia e flokëve nuk e penalizoi aspak ndonëse në disa raste u përball me paragjykimin ama, me kokën lart dhe me ndihmën e familjes dhe shoqërisë vazhdoi përpara .

Po mundohej ta mbante veten por kishte filluar të qante.”- tregoi Vilma
Sot betejën me vdekjen, Vilma e fitoi falë vullnetit dhe kurajos. Ajo e quan veten të rilindur.
“Gjatë kësaj periudhe kohe kam parë shumë njerëz që po kalojnë të njëjtën situatë sikurse unë. Kupton se jo çdokush është aq i lumtur sa duket. Jo çdokush është duke jetuar jetën në maksimum.
E sheh se jeta është shumë më e ëmbël se ajo që ke menduar menduar. Në momentin që ne arrijmë një pikë kritike, një fund, kupton se çfarë ke humb gjatë gjithë kësaj kohe.
