Sot para Prokurorise Themelore- departamenti per Krime te Renda, në cilesinë e te pandehurit është dëgjuar i pandehuri Naim Murseli, dyshimi i bazuar është i orientuar në drejtim te veprës penale “Vrasje e Rëndë në bashkëkryerje” nga neni 173 par 1.3 dhe 1.4 lidhur me nenin 31 te KPRK-se.
I pandehuri ka rrefyer versionin e vet te mbrojtjes dhe mbrojtja e tij lidhur me ngjarjen eshte teresisht ndryshe nga ajo qe eshte publikuar ne rrjetet e informimit dhe ato sociale.
