.Por, mos u brengosni. Ne në pergatit kemi vendosur që sot t’ju tregojmë recetën më të mirë për brumë pice, i cili përgatitet shumë shpejtë, mund të ndahet në gjysmë dhe pjesa tjetër e tij të ruhet në frigorifer për ndonjë ditë tjetër – dhe mbi të gjitha, bëhet i butë si pambuk!
Krejt përbërësit që ju duhen për këtë brumë pice janë:
2,5 gota (gota të ujit) ujë të ngrohtë.
1 lugë të mesme sheqer.
2 lugë të mesme maja buke.
7 gota miell.
1,5 lugë e mesme kripë.
6 lugë të mesme vaj ulliri.
Përgatitja:
Në një enë të thellë derdhim 2,5 gota ujë të ngrohtë, 1 lugë të mesme sheqer dhe 2 lugë të mesme maja buke. Të gjitha këto i përziejmë mirë bashkë për 2-3 minuta. Në një enë tjetër, vendosim 7 gota miell të situr dhe 1,5 lugë të mesme kripë.
E përziejmë miellin me kripë. Hapim një vrimë në miell dhe ia hedhim 6 lugë të mesme vaj ulliri dhe më pas hedhim ujin e ngrohtë me maja buke. Përziejmë mirë me lugë, sipas nevojës nëse brumi mbetet shumë i lagët, i shtoni pak miell kohë pas kohe.
Pasi të fitohet masa homogjene, e ngjeshim mirë me dorë për 5 minuta, duke e shtypur mirë. Pastaj, brumin e vendosim në një enë plastike të lyer me vaj ulliri, duke e rrotulluar brumin në të gjitha anët për t’u bërë me vaj.
Enës me topin e brumit e mbuloni me qeskë llastiku dhe e lini të pushojë 3-4 orë, në mënyrë që brumi të bëhet sa më i butë. Por, edhe nëse ju duhet për shpejtë, mund ta lini të pushojë një orë nëse temperatura e dhomës nuk është e ulët.
Pastaj, pasi ta hiqni nga ena kur të fryhet brumi mirë, e nxirrni nga aty, e bëni me miell dhe e ngjeshni edhe pak. Nëse ju duhet t’i bëni katër pica të mëdha, ky brumë është ideal.
Nëse dëshironi vetëm dy pica, ndajeni brumin në gjysmë me thi. kë, dhe gjysmën tjetër lëreni për herën tjetër
