Fshati në Bullgari që flet shqip që nga viti 1636(Foto)
Është e pamundur të shkosh në një vend të Evropës, madje dhe të botës dhe të mos gjesh shqiptarë. Diku të vendosur rishtazi dhe diku me rrënje thellë në histori, duke krijuar edhe komunitetin e tyre.
I tillë është edhe Mandrica, një fshat në Bullgari, i cili është themeluar nga shqiptarët në vitin 1636.
Ditët e fundit ky fshat është vizituar nga Ambasadorët e Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës, Donika Hoxha dhe Edon Cana.
Ata kanë takuar zonjat shqipfolëse të fshatit dhe bisedojnë në gjuhën shqipe.
Mandrica është një fshat në kufirin jugor të Bullgarisë pjesë e rrethit të Ivajlovgradit, provinca Haskovo. Është një nder të rrallët fshatra shqiptarë në Bullgari. Popullsia e këtij fshati në vitin 2006 ishte 75 banorë.
Mandrica është vendosur në bregun e djathtë të lumit Bella Reka në pikën më lindore të maleve Rodope 15 kilometra në jug të Ivajlovgradit dhe dy kilometra larg lumit Lluda Reka, i cili njëkohësisht formon vijën kufitare bullgaro-greke
Historia e fshatit shqiptar
Fshati Mandricë u krijua më 1636 nga disa barinj ortodoksë shqiptarë që furnizonin ushtrinë otomane me produkte qumështi. Ata u lejuan të merrnin një copë tokë dhe të mos pagonin taksa. Pjesa më e madhe e shqiptarëve erdhën në shekullin XVIII nga rrethinat e Korçës dhe në shekullin XIX nga rajoni i Sulit që ndodhet në Greqinë e sotme. Banorët i ruajtën veshjet kombëtare suljote deri në shekullin e 19-të kur fustanella u zëvendësua nga pantallonat thrakiane, ndërsa veshjet e grave u ruajtën deri në kohën e emigrimit në masë në Greqi.
Në shekullin e 19-të Mandrica ishte një qytet i vogël shqiptarësh në kazanë e Dimotkës. Në vitin 1873 ishte një vendbanim me 250 shtëpi, me rreth 1080 banorë shqiptarë. Në 1908 burimet greke e quanin popullsinë prej 3500 banorësh si “grekë shqipfolës shumica e të cilëve fliste edhe greqisht”. Profesionet kryesore ishin rritja e mëndafshit, kultivimi i duhanit, artizanati dhe tregtia. Fshati kishte tre institucione arsimore greke: një shkollë për djem, një shkollë për vajza dhe një kopësht fëmijësh/Javanews

When I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a way you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!
